The Prime Group will invest Rs.15 billion in a 36-story condominium complex in Ward Place, Colombo.
The complex, Prime Grand, will be built on land over one acre in extent and fully owned by the Group, and will consist of 316 units comprising duplex penthouses, four-bedroom presidential suites, two and three bedroom apartments, with the smallest units offering over 1,120 square feet of space.
Construction work was launched recently, and is due to be completed in 2020. It will be the largest and tallest apartment project in the neighbourhood of Colombo 7.
Prime Group Chairman, Brahmanage Premalal said, “We are no strangers to Colombo 7, with five projects underway at Barnes Place, Kynsey Road, Jawatte and two on Bauddhaloka Mawatha.”
